   My dog of 12 years recently passed away, and I wanted to honour him by adding something special to my chain. I originally wanted his initials, but the option was out of stock. Ahmed kindly showed me a pendant that I could engrave his name on instead, which turned out to be the perfect personalised touch. Now I can keep my dog with me all the time. It was a truly lovely experience, thank you for the great service!

   I popped in today to get another King Chain and the staff here are amazing. The gentleman showed me a longer version of the king chain I currently have and paired it with a solid silver crucifix - looks absolutely beautiful worn alongside my other 5 chains around my neck. I also purchased a hand-made bracelet which is thick, weighty and artistically woven. I am very pleased and will return to this shop again when I pass London. I was gifted two silver pinky rings for my custom, which I greatly appreciated. Anyone who likes or wears silver jewellery must come here and see the great quality of stock available.

   I went into Sasa jewellery today to purchase a gift for a loved one. It was my first time buying from the shop. They have a good range of jewellery for men and women- silver and gold. They have good customer service. The staff take the time to talk to you and to support you to find the jewellery that you want. The prices are also reasonable. They offer hand engraving which is done very quickly. It literally took about 5 mins and I could take the jewellery that I bought home with me straight away! It's definitely worth going in and having a look at what they have to offer.

   Shocking customer service. I walked in all happy after a long day at work interested in looking at rings. It was very evident that I'm a jewellery buyer as I wear a lot of gold rings on my fingers. These two gentlemen didn't say hello, acknowledge my presence or even ask if I needed help. I was in for a good 5 minutes looking around yet they were too busy talking. On walking out I them that their customer service was terrible. I was looking forward to going to the store for a long time despite the gold price rising so they've LITERALLY lost a potential long term customer.

It's and amazing array of necklaces pendants bracelets and charms.itis absolutely lovely The person that served was extremely polite friendly with a genuine interest to help me. The prices are extremely reasonable and the designs are quite modern and in sometimes unlike the others you see inches various catalogues.
