I hate giving bad reviews but I am really disappointed & want to warn others. My necklace tarnished really quickly (within a month) despite following care instructions. When I contacted customer care they didn’t reply. I’ve tried 3x and no response at all!
Delivery was spot on and the necklace was perfect! The design is meaningful and timeless.
I was looking for specific earrings to buy as a gift and with the kind help from Ellie I purchased the pearl drop earrings. Not only were the earrings perfect but also the packaging was personal and so nicely presented. I will definitely making making another Muru purchase in the near future :)
I have ordered jewellery many times from Muru, always love every piece and receive many compliments when I wear them. Earlier this week, I put through an order which arrived very quickly but there was a slight mixup. I contacted Muru and the lovely Ellie (customer services team) was so kind and helpful - she went above and beyond to get a missing item (even managed to engrave it on the back as it was ordered) delivered by courier today within hours so I could have it before a flight.
