After multiple negative encounters with disengaged, rude and dismissive Tiffany representatives across London. Javern displayed tremendous warmth and empathy and is an absolute credit to the Tiffany & Co brand.
I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Kate at Tiffany & Co. in Harrods, and I truly feel she deserves the highest recognition for her exceptional customer service. My niece and I came into the store on Thursday 21st August 2025, with my Tiffany bracelet, worried that it might have been damaged. From the very beginning, Kate greeted me with such warmth, calmness, and professionalism that immediately put me at ease. She carefully examined the bracelet and, rather than rushing the process, took the time to give it a beautiful polish. The difference was incredible. I left the store feeling as though I had a brand-new piece of jewellery. What really stood out to me, is how Kate went above and beyond her role. Knowing I had recently lost my Tiffany pouch, she kindly placed my bracelet in one for me without hesitation. It may seems like a small gesture, but it reflected such thoughtfulness and genuine care for the customer experience. These are the details that turn an ordinary interaction into an extraordinary one. Because of Kate’s impeccable service, I now have my eye on a stunning Tiffany bracelet I found online, and I am certain I will be making that purchase soon. It is entirely down to the way she represented the brand, with grace, professionalism, and genuine kindness, that I feel excited to return as a loyal Tiffany customer. Kate is a true asset to Tiffany & Co. and reflects everything a luxury brand should stand for. I honestly believe she deserves recognition for her outstanding work and hope the company values her as much as her customers clearly do. Christmas crowds are always a pain at Harrods but I can't fault the staff at Tiffany. We were in there to try on and buy something specific seen online and Pwint was lovely with great communication before hand. We left very happy.
