   I got my Engagement ring from Reve Diamonds and honestly was the best choice I could have made ! The person who helped me was Xenia and she really put thought and process and went out of her way to make sure I got the perfect ring for my Fiance. She made me feel very welcome and made the whole process a delightful one. The amount of Care she put into it was 10/10 making sure all questions and queries were answered to full extent and letting you know and making it known if there is any problems come straight back. This is the best place you can go to in my opinion and I will be definitely getting the wedding rings there.

   We had an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish with Georgia and the team at Reve. Making the whole process as easy as a whatsapp conversation is how every business should operate. Georgia guided us through everything patiently and we went from knowing absolutely nothing about Diamonds to visiting in store to design and eventually create our perfect ring.    A truly fantastic service from start to finish. From the very first video consultation to the final delivery of the ring I cannot speak highly enough of the team. The process was seamless with Georgia and the rest of the team providing the required support and information throughout . Georgia's knowledge was particularly impressive ,with the in-person consultation proving very useful in designing the ring. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an engagement ring !!!    I reached out to REVE to create my partners engagement ring, within minutes they got back to me and the process began straight away. I knew straight away from the high standard of communication from both Georgia & Xenia that I had picked the right place to make my partners dream ring, I had contacted many other jewellers and they didn’t even come close to REVE. The dedication, knowledge and reassurance Georgia & Xenia showed me is the best customer service I have ever received, they answered all my queries and questions within minutes, there was constant updates on the ring and the experience was extremely relaxing and smooth. Would highly recommend REVE diamonds, you will not be disappointed, my partner adores her ring and has had many compliments! A massive thank you to Georgia, Xenia and the rest of the staff at REVE.    I and my partner wanted to design the engagement ring together. There are so many vendors out there and millions of designs in the market, we were baffled. We read good reviews about Reve and decided to give it a go! The best decision we made :) Xenia was so patient and made the whole experience so personal for us. She helped us narrow down a design. The next hurdle was we wanted the ring made in 3 weeks during December! She kept us updated during the ring-making process and even upgraded the diamond free of charge as the one we selected didn't meet Reve's standards. We are so happy with the engagement ring. It is absolutely stunning. Thank you Xenia :) We will be shopping at Reve again for our wedding.

Getting the right engagement ring is always a daunting task and there is so much choice out there it can be very overwhelming but Xènia, Ashley & Laura were all incredibly helpful and made the entire process seamless.
