   As a fellow small business owner, I truly appreciate how much dedication, hard work, and personal sacrifice goes into running an independent business—especially in London. I am a retired scientist who developed my anti-ageing skincare range out of passion, not profit, and I do not even pay myself a salary. Because of this, I deeply understand the challenges of sustaining a business while supporting a family. Urbiana’s business model is genuinely outstanding. I searched extensively for short-term pop-up opportunities and could not find anything comparable that combined an affordable retail presence with knowledgeable, supportive staff who actively help sell and represent multiple independent brands. This makes Urbiana a truly unique and perfectly designed platform for small and start-up businesses. Kate and her team were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. The store clearly operates as a labour of love, and that care is reflected both in how brands are supported and how customers are welcomed. I am very grateful for the opportunity and would wholeheartedly recommend Urbiana to other independent makers and founders.

   The store is nice and they have nice collections. However what made the difference was Igor! Igor was amazing!! I bought one pair of earrings two days ago and I wanted to go back and buy more because of him! He was really helpful and kind!
