   I really liked the products and have bought few things online but having visited this store for the second time yesterday afternoon I can say the unpleasant customer experience is not a one time thing. I approached the counter to ask for assistance and asked if any adjustments could be made to a necklace I just bought and the response was a rude no in a way that implied I was stupid for asking. So my experience has been unable to get any assistance or made to feel inadequate to be stepping into the store.

   Honestly Aneeshah you are a legend! Such a kind, friendly and lovely staff member. She helped me with my engraving and was just such a lovely person. I honestly found her customer service so refreshing as I have been into other MV stores and found staff can be a bit hostile. My sister also went to this store and I kid you not she rang me straight away and said omg that girl was sooo nice, make sure you leave feedback to her manager. (I will hopefully do that soon) but honestly thank you for such a pleasant experience and always stay this way!

   First time shopping at Monica Vinader and I had a really good experience! I went in yesterday with my friend to pick a ring. Was helped out by Kenny who was super lovely, patient, helpful and informative. Thank you again Kenny for the help! Super happy with my ring, it looks great on!!!

   Absolutely amazing company and jewellery… can’t fault the Canary Wharf branch one bit, they were so helpful and understanding to a bracelet that was broken and for sentimental reasons needed the original bracelet. The member of staff was exceptional, very polite, efficient and very understanding. Hassle free! My wife will definitely be returning to purchase more jewellery.

   My girlfriend and I had the welding bracelets done on Saturday and the whole experience was very nice. You’re welcomed with a glass of champagne while waiting for the welder to come in, and I think we only had to wait because we came a bit earlier than our appointment. She was great and very professional, she helped us pick the bracelets and the welding only took a few minutes each. Would definitely recommend

   First and last time customer. No one acknowledged me or offered me help. Two sales associates and I had to approach them when I found what I was looking for. Both of them completely disengage and the lady that served me did do with very little interest. Bought the Riva ring, got home to ring it missing a diamond. Thought it couldn’t get any worse than the service, but the quality was pretty poor. I’ll be returning the item and spending my money elsewhere.

   I’ve visited this store many times over the years and the service is always wonderful. I had my ears pierced a few months ago and, although very expensive, the service was really good. Great quality jewellery and if I’ve ever had any issues they exchange or fix with no questions asked. It’s worth setting up an account for warranty checks so that you don’t need to keep receipts.
