I love this brand. I have about half a dozen pieces and my partner has one also. The deigns are elegant but unique and meaningful. The customer service is also exceptional - I stupidly broke one of my delicate chains and they sorted it right away. Thank you from a loyal and happy customer!

I just received my first necklace from Rachel Entwistle jewellery and the quality and design are absolutely stunning! I can already tell the alchemy rotary pendant will be a staple in my collection and I’ll definitely be back to buy more pieces in the future. The service is top notch, as well! The staff were very kind and informative when answering my questions and they proactively helped me navigate a customs clearance issue that arose during delivery. I couldn’t recommend this shop more!
I tried sending an email enquiry and didn't receive a response after waiting a week. So I decided to call and the person on the phone seemed quite annoyed. They were quite clipped with every question I asked (I only had three questions) and they also didn't know how thick the gold vermeil was. Quite disappointing, I'm not going to be buying anything.
I bought the 18ct version of the four elements ring as my wedding ring and I absolutely love it. The subtle design is perfect. I love how slender the ring is as it's much more flattering than more traditional designs and the fit is perfect. Both times I was in the shop the staff were lovely and spent time helping me with the choice and with my order.

Rachel Entwistle is my all time favorite jewellery designer, and her flagship store in Shoreditch is an absolute gem, definitely pop in if you’re in the area! The team are so friendly and helpful. The store’s vibe is relaxed, welcoming and enchanting. A real London oasis filled with beautifully made treasures! I’ve had several pieces custom made over the years; the ordering process has always been effortless, and the results have been beyond my expectations. Rachel’s designs are timeless, and are imbued with rich significance and meaning. I always get complimented on my gold turquoise ring and different gold necklaces! I love wearing my various RE pieces, I feel like they are an extension of me, they feel natural and are all well made so last a long time! I also appreciate the store’s ethical stance. This place is always a buzz during design week if you are around, with fun creative workshops, music and collaboration with other local makers as well all happening at the RE store. Well worth making the trip for, and there are some great cafes, shops and bars nearby in this cool little corner of East London!
