I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Arife Lue at the Royal Exchange branch stood out with her professionalism and warm personal touch. She was incredibly efficient and helpful, providing excellent care even after my visit. I'm truly impressed with her service! Thank you so much for helping me through a tough task of buying my wife a 40 th b day pressy . Regards Chris panayiotou

I went here on my birthday 24th June to buy myself a Tiffany’s bracelet as it was on my wishlist for quite a while. I had a warm welcome and Monika was particularly pleasant. I tried a couple of different kinds and had my heart set on the gold bracelet. The only reason I give this store 4 stars is because they didn’t have my size:( Monika did everything in her power to help me find it in another store nearby however I was leaving London the same evening and due a series of events, I wasn’t able to make it. Experience wise I recommend. Monika, if you’re read this, thanks and I hope to see you next time and hopefully we’ll find what I’m looking for :)

I visited this branch yesterday with my husband and I was a bit apprehensive because of the recent negative reviews but this store was closest to us. I needn't have worried. As soon as we stepped into the store, we were warmly welcomed by staff closest to the entrance. We told them we had an appointment booked to get my wedding band and engagement ring cleaned and revalued. They offered us drinks and seats at one of the consulting table to wait for our consultant. Once our consultant arrived (which didn't take long), they knew what we had visited for and explained everything in detail - what will be done and what costs we can expect. They answered all of our questions related to the rings and was very courteous throughout. We were there for a lot longer than expected but it was quite good as we felt like we could ask any question and it would be answered patiently and professionally. Overall it was an informative and pleasant experience and we would definitely go there again.

Just popped… I was told I could not take photos of the potential items I wanted to buy????and that the website would provide that items to view!!! Really? Horrid stuck up staff!

Quite frankly the reputation for good customer service is highly overrated. I went into the Tyffany store at The Court Yard Royal Exchange to buy a chain for a gift. The initial welcome was nonexistent and eventually when one of the staff came to me the interaction wasn't necessarily welcoming. The woman asked me "can I help you"? I explained why I was there and she just walked off without saying why or what she was doing. I still proceed with the purchase after waiting for another staff to finish serving the people he had there. No one invited me to take a seat while I was waiting or bothered to glance with a smile. It reminded me of the scene from 'Pretty Lady' when Julia Roberts walks into the "rich" store (even though there's nothing rich about the look or location of this particular store) to be snubbed at. I actually regret buying the gift there but unfortunately for me I had run out of time to go somewhere else.

Staff are rude and do not allow you to browse without them right next to you. I went to find a birthday gift for my wife, completely empty store and the sales bloke (in a very rude way) said I could only have him show me things, not browse. Now, this is an absurd policy given if I were to have a quick browse then I would not necessarily be in close contact with anyone versus what this store wants is to have this guy hovering over me the whole time. Basically, if you don’t already know exactly what you want then you should avoid. In fact, I only went in out of convenience as it is my local - I’ve had previous poor experiences with this particular Tiffany’s and this recent experience has turned me off for good.
