   Very poor customer service I was served by Storm regarding a Pandora bracelet received as a Christmas gift. The clasp was damaged after one day of use. I attended the store on 27 December and was told this was “wear and tear” and could not be dealt with. This is incorrect. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, and faults identified within 30 days entitle the customer to a repair, replacement, or refund. My daughter later attended the store to exchange the item. While she was on the phone to me, Storm spoke in a dismissive and intimidating manner, telling her “don’t talk about my colleagues,” until my daughter had to clarify she was speaking to her mother. This was unprofessional and unnecessary, particularly when dealing with a young customer. The issue was straightforward and should have been handled in line with consumer law. I am very disappointed by both the service and the staff conduct.

   HORRID MANAGER AVA, customer service is non existent, very rude and entitled. Do not click and collect! Had to leave the store without my order as they made me wait over 30 mins and I decided that’s enough. WOULD SCORE 0 BUT 1 IS THE LOWEST I COULD PUT.

   Pandora sells jewelry without specifying that they contain alloys other than gold or silver. For example, these 2 I bought some time ago were made of silver and now they look brown to black. Be careful what you buy from Pandora as this has become a big scam.

   I have been a customer 3 years on that store I and all my family have been buying mostly all our jewellery from them and I was very happy. I bought a ring in January and after few weeks the stones gone. I went in today as more stones have gone and the lady there basically told me that the ring has shrunk or whatever she was saying and that’s most likely cause I don’t take my rings off. Honestly as I told the girl I never take my rings off and I couldn’t get that should be the reason. She told me that I should pay for the stones and I completely refused even to talk to her anymore I explained to her the situation I had my receipt the lady who sold me the ring told me anything happens in a year you come back here and we will sort it out apparently the girl I spoke to today said that we should remove our rings something I never heard of any sales people at Pandora. Maybe she is the only one giving this advice to customers but honestly the money we have spend to this store and when is a problem she dismissing me with these kind of excuses I won’t accept it and we won’t be coming to any Pandora store anymore honestly I have rings for 3 years I never removed it and it still perfect so maybe HR should train your staff better So disappointed of Pandora …
