I had a great experience with Thinesh, the staff were really professional and transparent with everything. I came in to have my chain shortened to my desired length and the service was quick and accommodating. Would highly recommend!
The customer service is appalling. I went to get something and the owner woman is so rude. It’s hard to negotiate the prices with the staff, the only reason you would go to these shops is when you are desperate and they are not very catchy with the customers.
Staffs are good...they are ready to help to select good one...but the owner or old man was there ...he was rude...don't even a welcome mind..I did my wife's ear piercing there..they are doing it in standing position..he don't have time to speak or deal...don't suggest.... A tall young salesman in there ...he is very nice..but the old man is not allow him to perform... We did lot of purchase from there...but last time is very horrible...I am not suggesting this shop....

Tailoring service very poor. The tailored item did not fit once received despite them doing the measuring. Was expecting them to alter, but told no. Avoid for tailoring

Terrible service. Went in to check out the gold jewelery and the lady was dismissive from the get go. Would recommend other places for good service. Did not feel welcome at all. The clothes that I was able to look at were very bad quality using cheap fabric. But the clothes were also cheap enough, so I guess you get what you paid for. Would also not recommend, you can get better clothes elsewhere.
Don't go here let me share my personal experience. As soon as I went in I was straight up ignored for like 5 mins until I finally spoke up after circling the store. They then asked me what id like to see and I said a ring. They were all staring at me as if I was going to steal something and run treat people equally. And it was horribly expensive for such a small ring. Just save your time and money.
Rude people, after called them on the phone for a fabric and told yes they have it... i went there and they didnt open the door! This is the way the treat their customers... i prefer to spend my money in other place!! Good luck if you go to buy something there
