They look after me really well. I just come in and tell them what I need. They are very friendly and helpful with my selection. I mentioned that I didn’t have a big budget today, but instead of turning me away, they offered to help me find a nice bracelet for someone special.

Great service. The link on my chain was broken and they managed to repair it within 15 minutes. I didn’t have to leave it and pick it up another day. Reasonable price also and very friendly helpful staff!
Excellent service! I had to have my wedding band cut off, and they have fixed it so well I cannot tell where the cut was. Quick turn around, and less than half the price of one of the quotes I had. Can't fault their service in any way.

Horrible place to shop. Please avoid. Asked the owner about making a customised ring for my wife, without giving a price, he's says it too expensive for her. Really unprofessional and rude. Even to get into the store was a mission, initially no one wanted to open the door!
