    My fiancée and I loved working with Ross (and his lovely Beagle) to design my engagement ring. Excellent attention to detail during every stage of the design and development and really easy to get hold of over email, face to face or the phone. Nothing was too much to ask and he made the experience so relaxed and enjoyable. Pricing was incredibly reasonable for a custom design and the end product was delivered bang on time and it was everything we hoped it would be.     We approached Jana Reinhardt to design and make an engagement ring and the result is superb. It's the first time we’ve commissioned bespoke jewellery but Ross and Jana have a great setup and we felt in safe hands. They are a pleasure to work with and were incredibly attentive throughout. The design process was a joy - we had a few ideas but Jana was able to shape and further those into a beautiful and unique ring. She produced a number of sketches that allowed us to talk around different options and arrive at a design that exceeded our expectations.
