   I cannot recommend Adama London Jewellery enough… especially Gonçalo, who was absolutely incredible from start to finish. As someone who knew nothing about diamonds, I walked in completely clueless, but Gonçalo took his time to break everything down for me in a way that was so clear and easy to understand. His knowledge, patience, and passion genuinely stood out. Throughout the entire process, he kept me constantly updated on the ring’s progress and was always on hand whenever I had questions or needed reassurance. You can tell he puts real care into his work. He genuinely cared about my proposal and played a big part in making it special. And the ring! Perfect. Absolutely perfect. My fiancée is obsessed with it and keeps mentioning how stunning it is! The sparkle, the design, everything. She calls it her dream ring, and that means the world.    What an amazing service from Adama. They treated me with so much care, went above and beyond with the entire process. From the initial consultation, showing me existing designs, providing me accurate 3D renders from my poorly drawn designs, showing me the actual diamond that I'm purchasing, I was absolutely blown away by Gonzo. The choice of rings and the prices were significantly better than most places I checked in Hatton Garden too. His aftercare is unmatched too, he delivers spectacularly. I will 100% be back for future jewellery, his level of care is sublime.

   The best Jeweller around! From the selection of rings and jewellery, they were professional helpful, advised what would be best and helped us get what we wanted within our budget. The communication was fantastic and they truly make you feel special and have a personable touch!    I had done a huge amount of research, browsing, shopping and asking! This place was absolutely phenomenal, they managed to do what no jeweler did! They had a bespoke diamond ring made for me in less than 3 days, with every single preference of mine, the carat, the colour, the cut but most importantly the price and quality! Goncalo was so informative, helpful and supportive in the decision making, applied no pressure and delivered exactly what he said he would. Quite risky to just get on the phone to someone a few hundred miles away and trust what they say as time was limited and just pick up the ring with no other assurance but their word.... and oh my were they absolutely true to each of their words. Delivered exactly what I asked and was designed. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH. The ring made Venice look ugly! Will be back for the wedding band !

He was so helpful sent me pictures of the ring he recommended to match my ring. His communication was fantastic. He really made purchasing online such an easy task.
