My Roxy is a dog and she had her yearly check recently, she doesn’t like going to the vets and gets very nervous. The staff here are all fantastic, from the receptionist to the vet, they all play an important part. The vets are very patient and try their hardest to calm Roxy down. Would highly recommend them, they are not hard sellers of their products either where some are. Thank you again!

Excellent vet in Wells. Beth is the kindest & most thoughtful person - so the vet we asked to help Charlie out of his old age pains. So sad but felt right timing with great support.

Excellent service received from Nurture Vets. I have taken my cat here for 10 years and have always received a brilliant service. Unfortunately, I needed urgent treatment on a Sunday for my cat and the vet was there within 15 minutes. I was kept updated throughout and sadly when we made the difficult decision to let our cat go, we were treated with sympathy and respect. Saying goodbye was really hard and we were given time to do this. Everything felt really personal, from the lovely sympathy card to the ashes being presented beautifully with a card also from the crematorium. Thank you

I have been using Nurture vets for 15 years now. I am always amazed and delighted with the care and dedication that all the staff give to giving the best treatment to my furry friends. I have been in the unfortunate position that my dogs have all needed extra help through illnesses and I can’t fault the staff who always go the extra mile to make sure they do everything possible to help them. I would like to say thank you but that hardly seems adequate for the support they have given me as well as my animals. I can thoroughly recommend Nurture vets and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

All of the staff here are absolutely incredible. When we have visited in the past it has been for routine appointments, except for one late night emergency with a dog visiting us early in 2025 (they very kindly treated him out of hours even though he wasn't a patient of theirs). My husband and I had to rush our dog in yesterday after he suddenly collapsed and was very distressed (as were we!). The staff were all so kind and helpful, and a vet (Rob) saw him straight away. Rob was incredible, helping to get our dog into the consulting room, examining him, listening carefully to everything we could tell him, and giving thorough advice and great treatment. I cannot recommend Nurture Wells highly enough. They are wonderful!

Hands down one of the best vets out there. Me and my partner have 6 ferrets under Westfield, always been cautious as lots of vets don't know much when it comes to ferrets. But Westfield have been brilliant, if they are unsure they always check before giving us Information. All our ferrets love it there never a traumatic experience for them. The staff are also amazing, from the receptionists to the vets. They are always happy to see the animals and provide amazing care. Can't say enough good about the whole team and there service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a veterinary service for there pets.

We switched vets quite quickly after signing up. There are nice parts about it for example the reception staff are nice and helpful they seem like a very professional outfit with the building they're in. Also, I'm sure that for your average animal owner they're absolutely fine. However, we feed our dog raw due to the long list of heath benefits over kibble which isn't uncommon. My Mrs and I know we're well researched competent show dog owners but they made us feel the inverse of that with patronising questions and judgemental looks every time we visited. We felt their arguments against feeding raw were centred around an assumed incompetence which over time we became very frustrated with. Other dog owners tell us it's likely due to the fact they don't sell raw food and therefore they can't push and product on us but in Westfields defence I don't think that's true.. although it wouldn't surpise me. It's also lacking the personal touch I felt. Of course I sympathise as I'm sure they have so many customers they can't remember them all but over time you'd expect them to remember something about your pride and joy without having to look at a computer. Nedless to say we switched to Wells Vets just down the road which made a world of difference.

Outstanding - kind and knowledgable both reception and vet staff. The only vet I will ever use and a world apart from previous experience elsewhere. Thank you Westfield Wells

Wonderful, caring service from all at Westfield. Our dog, Sky, has started having seizures and the care she's receiving has been brilliant, including an appointment this morning at very short notice.
