   Ruined my aunt's ring. Stone way darker than it was when it went in, multiple jewellers have since suggested they may have swapped the stone. Apparently Franklands uses a 3rd party so they wouldn't even know - using someone in Hatton Garden doesn't automatically mean you're using someone decent. Very, very rude owner - son apologised at least, but that doesn't fix the stone.

   I’ve gotten two rings and a bracelet fixed/resized - quick turnaround and he didn’t charge me for a different clasp on my grandmas bracelet - two of the items are extremely sentimental and I’m glad they’ve been restored by the right person :)

   I had my late mother’s ring repaired at Franklin’s, they did a fantastic job and the ring looks better than new. The price was also well below several quotes I’d had in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter. Great service and friendly staff, highly recommended.
