   Great service from Alison in bexleyheath. Having been to Bluewater recently to make a purchase and not having best of experience I was passing this store and thought I would just have a look in. Alison was very friendly, asked if we needed any help and when we outlined our needs was very helpful on going through options, explaining difference between rings and the aftercare available along with how their finance options worked including returns and cancellation clauses. Made us feel really welcomed and we left making three purchases. Would definitely recommend.

   My 6yo had the most fantastic experience getting her ears pierced at by Katie and Maddie yesterday. They were caring, helpful, gentle and very patient. They even walked my daughter through every step of the process and she loved it. The piercing looks beautiful and daughter is so excited. If you need ears pierced , make sure to go to Katie and Maddie :) thank you

   The worst HM Samuel I have ever been to, terrible customer service, made me waste 3 hours out of my day to travel to the store to be told that the two times I visited and the information I was given was "you cannot do this here, it was miscommunication". As a reputable brand, how can workers be wasting my time and telling me the wrong information due to miscommunication? How does that make any sense? A formal complaint to HR has been made, absolutely atrocious.

   We tried to buy our weeding rings from this shop. We order our sizes but it passed 8 weeks and they did not even called once. We checked after 2 weeks what happened but no clear answer, our guess that they didn’t even order our rings. Anyway, we bought from somewhere else. Thank you for nothing.
