Came into the lower bluewater store after a bad experience in the upper branch Kaia was very helpful and replaced my broken bracelet- she was very friendly and it was a much better experience than the upper store- thank you :)

Every time I go here, my experience is fantastic. The customer service is exceptional; the staff are very warm and engage in conversation which makes you feel welcome as a customer. Only one time was I left waiting for a while, however it was very busy so I cannot blame anyone. I certainly recommend
