Excellent service received all round yesterday in store. Particular praise to Miles who dealt with a very minor issue with a necklace purchased 'prior to covid' immediately and with utmost professionalism. We also had a men's watch needing a couple of links taking out, to which he did quickly and perfectly. We then got caught in the shiny and sparkly trap of a new necklace for valentines - but it is beautiful! Thank you Miles and team for an exceptional experience in store as always.
Great selection of jewellery for both men and women. I particularly like the men's watches. And if there is ever a problem with an item, it is sorted with typical German efficiency.
