I don’t normally do reviews but I visited the store on saturday to buy a gift for my mums birthday and honestly, had such a positive experience. i was approached by a worker Varnia - she was enthusiastic, and extremely patient as i had no clue what i wanted to get my mum, but she was helpful. she showed me the best (and her personal favourite) options, and then helped me choose the perfect one. She packaged it nicely in a gift box and a bag, and I was even convinced to get a warranty, so overall i had a great experience. thanks very much
Visited this store yesterday with my fiancée, the customer service was non existent, no interest or excitement, made us feel as though we were an inconvenience, staff dressed unprofessionally (trainers). We went in knowing exactly what we wanted but we just needed our ring size double checked and they somehow managed to put us off completely of over a grands worth of wedding bands, well done!, they said it would be quicker online which makes you wonder what the point of this shop is. I'm not interested in the robotic response of "we will take this onboard" because you obviously don't looking at previous reviews and I will not be taking this further because we have no interest in shopping here anymore. I know staff see this kind of thing all day every day but it's a very special occasion for us of anyone to pick their wedding bands and honestly this shop made us feel as though they couldn't care less. Absolutely abysmal.
We visited the Bluewater store this afternoon and were fortunate enough to be assisted by an amazing lady named Kelly. I am a member of the sausage finger club, which Kelly also stated she is. Kelly was very understanding of our needs when choosing a ring due to resizing, and effortlessly helped us in finding a beautiful ring. Kelly made what had already been a stressful experience, into a pleasant one, with me finding a suitable, beautiful ring. Thank you so much Kelly!

It's a great selection of jewellery here. The store is inside Bluewater Shopping. The sale prices are quite good.
Not so attentive or on the ball as other jewellers I visited on the day. There is a good selection on offer but I do feel a customer should be acknowledged when they enter the store
I was stopping by because of their Pixar / Disney statue collection that was on display. Though sadly I could not fully have a good look at it because every 10 seconds I was asked by a different staff member if I could be helped, to which i kindly kept answering with: no, just browsing for now. It felt rather pushy and made me a bit uncomfortable after the 5th time, so I left.
