   Beaverbrooks Review – Bluewater Shopping Centre I walked into Beaverbrooks looking for a Christmas present, and honestly—wow. The staff were amazing: really helpful, friendly, and surprisingly great at finding the right deal. Yes, they can be on the pricier side, but there are different levels of value, and once you chat with the team, they might surprise you with something you didn’t expect to afford. I’d give Beaverbrooks 7 stars out of 5 if I could. The staff at the Bluewater Shopping Centre absolutely deserve a pay rise!

   We had a brilliant experience with Elena at Beaverbrooks Bluewater. Her customer service was outstanding from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful when choosing a watch and took great care adjusting it perfectly for us. Elena also spent time helping us look at diamond rings, giving us lots of useful and clear information about the different diamonds, which we really appreciated. She was very warm, welcoming, and informative throughout, making the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. A real credit to the store.

   Went in with one engagement ring idea and Jake sat us down and explained what makes a diamond a diamond! He was so friendly, kind and knowledgeable and let me try on lots of different rings. He took the time to get to know us and what we wanted and we are very grateful and happy with the level of customer service he gave us. Even sent us a follow up email with info on it! Very happy :).

   The customer service received at Beaverbrooks Bluewater was exceptional. The blend of friendliness, professionalism and helpfulness was perfect. I visited them because I wasn't sure about an online purchase; it wasn't quite what I expected. They were the closest store with stock of the item. They totally understood my dilemma, allowed me to compare the online item with their stock and, even though there was only a slight colour difference, they swapped my item for theirs. The overall look, and ambience of the store was spot on with well presented, well lit items and comfortable, intimate seating areas. I wholeheartedly recommend Beaverbrook Bluewater.

   I want to say a big thank you to Ellie! She was amazing and I will recommend her to everyone. My fiancé and I went to Beaverbrooks for him to look at the Tag Heuer Calibre watch. Ellie was so patient and full of knowledge and showed us all the colour options, explained how the watch works and helped my fiancé choose the right one for him. After about an hour in the boutique and after purchasing the Tag Heuer watch, I asked if I can have a look at wedding rings. Ellie was again very patient and understood exactly what I asked for and brought me a selection of rings to try on. Without knowing the full story yet, she actually picked the exact ring I've been picturing in mind since the day I got engaged. I can't thank her enough for everything, she is amazing at her job and I will be forever grateful that she was there to help me pick the most important ring I'll wear for the rest of my life.
