   Highly recommend Custom & Co. at Bluewater, had my engagement and wedding ring cleaned, polished and dipped, they're so shiny! They have also made it possible for me to wear one of my nans rings, as a child I used to love sitting with her admiring all of her jewellery, so being able to get this beautiful ring resized and dipped, means so much and it was all so reasonably priced and done super quickly!

   Marilyn was great to deal with when I needed a ring resized. She was quick to reply, ran through the whole process with me and the resize was speedy too. I sent my ring for resize and received it within one week. The quote was reasonable and I'm very happy with the job. On receipt, the center stone was loose and Marilyn was quick to respond and I sent it back for tightening and it was rectified and turned back quickly to me. They are great to work with and I would highly recommend their services!

   I honestly can’t thank Custom & Co enough for the incredible work they’ve done for us. From start to finish, the experience was so personal and meaningful. Emma was absolutely amazing to work with. She was kind, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about what she does. She helped rework my engagement ring using both of my nan’s wedding rings, and the final result honestly took my breath away. It was way better than I could have ever imagined. It’s not just a ring. It’s something deeply personal that now holds even more meaning. What made the whole experience a lot easier was how much Emma just got me. It honestly felt like she could read my mind. I’m not the best at explaining things, especially when it’s something creative or to do with how I picture things in my head, but somehow she understood exactly what I was trying to say and brought it to life perfectly. I never felt like I was asking for too much or being a pain. We were always kept up to date with how things were going and constantly felt in the loop, which made the whole process even more reassuring. Emma also helped us create our wedding bands and they’re everything we hoped for. Timeless, elegant and completely us. The whole process felt so relaxed and easy, all because of her support and care. She also worked with me last July to create a pendant for my 30th birthday. I had this idea of a little gold bar, like a proper bar of gold just shrunk down, and that’s exactly what she made. It’s so simple, so beautiful and so me. She completely brought my vision to life. Thank you to Emma and the team at Custom & Co for creating something so special for us. We’ll honestly cherish these pieces forever. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for bespoke, meaningful jewellery made with love and proper craftsmanship.    I had my 20 year old eternity ring resized after it had been incorrectly sized during a repair by a jeweller elsewhere. I felt the previous jeweller was disinterested and not very polite. Custom & Co were really friendly and did the ring in less than an hour at a very reasonable price! I’m so pleased with the result - it looks unbelievably shiny and sparkly, like new. Lovely people and a real find. I will certainly come again if I need jewellery altered. Thank you so much!
