   The staff in this store were very helpful & friendly however, I was unaware that the store had moved to inside the shopping centre. On Google, it is still listed as bring outside & there is no notice on the shutter that states it has moved. I actually found the shop by accident as I was walking to M&S. Previously, I had called the number listed on Google for this store & that had come back as "invalid number". So, Warren James need to update their Google profile with correct details as I would've just gone straight home if I'd seen that the store was no longer there.

   Thank you to the 'new' young blonde girl who helped me with all my purchases (Friday 13th Dec), sorry didn't get your name but you did an amazing job. And to the rest of the team who always are so helpful and in good spirits. I can guarantee coming out of the shop with a smile on my face after having a good laugh!

   The two old ladies who work at bexleyheath branch are too busy gossiping to serve customers!! They wasn’t happy with me when I asked if I could get served and they had to stop gossiping!! Very poor customer service, I definitely won’t shop there again unless the two miserable old ladies leave!!

   Mentally ill woman with brown short boy cropped hair and wrinkles and blue eyes was proper rude She goes do you want the ring or il have to put it back. I was thinking its your job you lazy woman. She was so rude. Must be mad.will report to head office

   DISGUSTED with the costumer service here I was quickly buying a ring just to see if my other half could wear it for his work or if it would get damaged before we get our wedding rings so I didn't want to spend a bomb. could not believe how they looked down their noses at us talk about judgement but if they had been less jugde mental I would have got a better priced ring and other items rather then her automatically assuming we are not worth here time . because we was not over dressed we couldn't afford it no way would I shop here again , I buy from the basildon or southend stores but here I wouldn't set foot in again if we wasnt in a rush noway would I have made a purchase we was not offered a box / gift bag. which as it was a engagement ring I would off wanted. other customer's noticed this so you lost custom. Do not judge a book by its cover. that would be my advice.

   My earrings broke in less than a week. Took back to be told there jewellery is not soldered! Excuses for not giving me my money back. Please know that if your return a faulty item they will only replace or you have to purchase something you do not want!
