My experience was terrible, several times and with different sales assistants. They are super rude, don’t want to help, answer badly, and clearly don’t want to work. I always bought at Pandora, but now I won’t go to the Bexleyheath store anymore. Horrible customer service.
I went in to the store today to get measured, and was served by a lovely lady called Kinga. She was extremely helpful , polite, and friendly. If you are planning to visit the store I would recommend to be served by her.
