   At this jewellers I had 3 rings resized, a necklace altered and remaining chain made into a bracelet. Igor is a true gentleman - A very helpful, polite and patient man.    Igor is a true gentleman and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him for the excellent work he kindly completed for me. I asked if he could replace the cheap cubic zirconia stones in two necklace pendants (one in 9ct white gold and the other 925 silver) with nicer 0.5ct loose stones which I had acquired. He explained that resetting the silver pendant would be straightforward, but he might need to cut off the claws on the white gold pendant due to its brittleness. He offered a very reasonable price for both jobs. The very next day, Igor called to tell me that he had completed the work without needing to cut any claws! Upon examining the pendants with a loupe, I was extremely impressed with the quality of his work. Everything was so clean and precise, with no visible signs of modification (see attached images). Upon collection, Igor also has an impressive collection of rose gold jewellery, and I was particularly struck by the quality of his chains and crucifixes. He is a very trustworthy individual, and I will definitely be returning in the future.

   My diamond band wedding ring has been too small for years but wasn't sure if it could be resized… needn't have worried, Igor did an amazing job, can't see the join where new platinum added and it came up like new. Cost far less than I thought and only took a day or so. Fabulous!

   My wife took three rings to be made quite a bit bigger. One was a paisley patterned wedding ring. We were worried that the repair would be too hard, but the alteration was incredible, we cannot even see where it has been repaired. The engagement ring needed a new diamond and the claws replaced, this was done superbly. Her eternity ring needed a new Sapphire and new claws, this too was a great job. I would really recommend Ramesses jewellers, great service and workmanship.

   So pleased with my ring repairs and my prescious stone reset. They have fully rebuilt all clasps to securely hold my sapphires and did such a great job. My ring has also been cleaned and polished with stones shining bright. A very quick turn around too, I would def use them again and recommend d their services too.
