   I'm of two ways on this place. I adore their designs and have bought quite a few pieces from here over the years. I love the aesthetic and cute designs and have recommended the shop to many others who've complimented the stuff I wore. HOWEVER, the online customer service is absolutely abysmal. I inquired twice about different things, once through their e-mail and another time through their Facebook messenger, the latter of which was left on read. Neither were ever responded to. I haven't had an issue yet but if I ever did I'd be worried about their ability to assist. This is the first time I've ever encountered a business that just never responds to inquiries, and I buy online a lot. Maybe it's a cultural thing with a smaller business, but I think if you're doing online sales you should have online customer service as well. Overall the pieces are lovely so I'm still giving it a relatively high 4 star rating

   I used to buy rings flower, polar bear, the koi fish bracelet, the butterflies with crystals 100£ , the necklace flower alphabet. But I end up loosing all of them because they are fragile, they break easily with contact of cream, liquid. I walk around and the bracelet slipped away broken by itself.It s not solid. Avoid. Too bad they looked good.

   Beautiful jewellery pieces inspired by magical nature. A wonderful experience every time visiting the Sevenoaks store, the lady who works there is so lovely. Great customer service and very friendly. I bought today the beautiful silver oak leaf and acorn necklace and previously bought the love birds necklace. So Special! Look forward to the release of the new designs and was saying today in store it would be so wonderful to see the mythical bluebell flower appear in one of the future collections :)

   Bought a ring in their shop in Tenterden. Lovely ring and the shop assistant was very friendly. I absolutely love their pieces, so refreshing and outside of the box! In real life they look even more beautiful so visit a shop if you can! Bought a ring online for my friend as well and she is now a fan also!
