I visited yesterday to shop for jewellery for my wedding, Clair was incredibly helpful and knew exactly what pieces to show me/suggest after making an effort to get to know me and my style, I was allowed to try on many pieces and Clair offered her opinion which was really helpful. It really was such a special moment and I can't thank Clair enough!
I received a bracelet for my 21st birthday, I wore it for a total of 14days and 2 gems fell off. I proceeded to go to the store which they then decided to tell me how to wear my jewellery and I shouldn’t wear it everyday. I’ve worn it for 2 weeks. They sent it to the manufacturer to then tell me they were going to charge me to get it fixed. I declined and they said it will take another 2 weeks to get it back, it has taken 2 weeks for the decision that they were going to charge me!! They were no help at all no communication for the 2 weeks and I am now not having my birthday present which was bought by someone special for 4 weeks!!! Absolute joke. Will never buy from them again!!
Had a great experience! My fiancee and I were made to feel very special from the second we walked through the door. The sales assistant joined us in our excitement in choosing a ring and did not complain when it felt like my fiancee wanted to try on every ring in the store. We tried several other jewellers and the customer service came nowhere close to the level Beaver Brooks delivers.
My husband bought this 9ct Yellow Gold and White Gold Bracelet for Christmas in 2023 at Beaverbrooks Lakeside shopping centre. The bracelet is very light, the retailer fails to state the weight of the piece on website. This bracelet was bought for £550 back in 2023 now it’s woo-ping £595, totally not worth it. The bracelet is made by poor craftsmanship, the links are hollow and are all very soft and deformed by now, it’s so soft that u deform them by touch of a nail . The bracelet looks cheap and not presentable to wear anymore. Would not recommend this retailer to purchase anything at all as this would be a waste of money this bracelet not worth the £595 price mark. Please see the photos for your own judgement.

Lakeside store. disgusting customer service. sold me a bracelet from the display, was already “scratched up” like they claimed when I purchased it without checking properly as I expected it to be mint condition considering its a legitimate, branded jewellery store. Changed my mind about the bracelet a day later, went to return it and got told I can’t because it’s damaged? Bear in mind it was not worn. Had insurance that covers damaged items yet it wasn’t damaged enough to exchange but too damaged for a refund? Gemma to be specific is who sold me the bracelet and then tried telling me she gave me a brand new one when I came back to return it when I saw with my own eyes she took it from the display and packaged it to me. Also magically the bracelet I brought is no longer on the display even though it was apparently sold brand new. Lol. A joke that’s what this store and their staff are. Can’t take responsibility for selling already damaged items, was just happy to sell it to me to get rid of. Disgusting.
Best aftercare service. After opening my Xmas present (a watch) the battery wasn't working. Rather then just changing the battery (which E.H jewellers do) they gave me a brand new watch! Completely surprised and amazed by the service. Thank you to the team!

I had been looking at various Swiss watches for over a year and finally ended up looking at one in the window of this store that was high on my list, so I walked in. I was offered a drink while I sat and waited for Selina to bring me the watch and one other to look at. Then I finally did what I never thought I would do - I bought a watch from an up market jewellers in Lakeside lol! Very friendly staff and pleased with my purchase.
