   I have visited the Thomas Sabo kiosk by H&M twice and was served by the manager Gabriella. On both occassions Gabriella assisted with an online purchase so she did not gain anything from me being there. On both occassions Gabriella was nothing but helpful, and went out of her way to make my life easier. Genuinely, this is one of the best customer service experiences I have encountered for a long long time, and Thomas Sabo should be proud to have her as an employee. Thank you again Gabriella, because of your helpfulness I would not hesitate to recommend friends & family to the brand.

   Bought wonderful silver necklace with an heart pendant and a lovely charm for my friend’s birthday. Team member was so helpful and patient. Even managed to get engraving done too. Extremely happy with my choice and the customer service at Lakeside☺️

   Florence the sales rep made my shopping experience wry pleasant, I was shopping for my mums birthday and she was very attentive and patient as I was indecisive on what bracelet and charms to get . She let me look at them and go through the iPad catalog to see what I would like. She has amazing customer service, I come from a customer service background working in retail myself, and Florence is a real asset to the company . Thank you for making my shopping experience a great one.my visit was on 1/10/24 - lakeside shopping centre

   I’ve had two very different experiences in this store. The first time I was greeted by a tall man with his hair in a bun and a blonde lady with glasses. They were welcoming, friendly, informative and couldn’t do enough for us. The second time I was greeted by a lady with blonde hair who had the worst attitude. She was incredibly rude and offish. She refused to exchange a faulty item and was pushing for me to pay extra money to get it prepared! Totally ruined my experience.

   Ordered 2 items online, both came defective, exchanged 1 of them in store only to find out later that it was damaged as if it had been worn. They say that each item is quality checked before dispatch, but that is definitely not the case. Return/repair policy isn't very friendly either with a note mentioning you may be charged... For the price being paid, I would expect a much higher quality product and a more welcoming service. Recommend staying away, there are other companies and brands in a similar price range that are far superior in quality and service.
