   I recently had my engagement ring and wedding band reset and changed to 18ct gold, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, the process was seamless. Sarah was absolutely amazing – so detailed and thorough, keeping me updated at every step and making sure I felt completely confident throughout, and she understood the design and the finish i wanted, we worked together to get the perfect result. The craftsmanship is incredible, and the turnaround time was unbelievably quick as they managed to get everything ready before I went away. I am so in love with my new rings – they are absolutely stunning, and I’m so grateful for the care and attention that went into them. Highly recommend!

   I had the most wonderful experience here. I found the most beautiful wedding band for myself, and they also created a custom wedding band for my husband that’s just perfect. Russell took the time to explain the history and details of my engagement ring, which is so special to me as it belonged to my late grandmother.    Words cannot express how thankful I am to Lord of London and how exceptionally high their standard of work is… After recently losing mum, I was searching high and low for an in-house jeweller to help resize her wedding ring so I could wear it. I had been to a few other jewellers who either told us ‘no’ outright or who ‘uhmmed’ and ‘ahhed’ about the difficulty of resizing this ring without cutting it (due to the hexagonal shape). I came across Lord of London just scrolling through google and from the moment I spoke to them on the phone I knew the journey to the shop was going to be well worth it - assured with confidence that they can do ‘anything’. Within the first few minutes of chatting, in the shop I knew without a doubt that Russell was exceptionally knowledgeable and confident that he could help. Russell was honest regarding the different options, prices and gave his expert opinion on what he could do for me. I left the shop to mull over the options given and before even getting to my car I turned around and left my mums ring in their hands with complete trust. Less than 24 hours later and exactly 1 week after mum had passed, Russell called and told me that he thought he had the job sorted and needed me back to double check sizing and that I was happy… of course he was right! I cannot thank Russell and the team enough for their expertise, compassion, kindness, and sentiment in the work they do. The ring came back looking like new and fitted perfectly, but more than that, the service was completely tailored to me and of course to my mums wedding ring. I have found my jeweller and would 100% recommend Lord of London to anybody. A massive ‘thank you’ to Russell and the team. You are truly angels providing the service you do.    EDIT: went to Bonds in Brentwood, half the price, better service and beautiful ring resize whilst done on site in 1hr vs over a week quoted at LoL! Very shocked to have received the service I did today. Came away nearly crying. I came here based on all the wonderful reviews I had read and heard about Lord of London. I called in advance and spoke to a lady who advised me to come into the shop. She was very nice and helpful. I had a watch and a ring to be valued. She did advise me to bring in as much paper work as possible and I informed her I had that for the ring but not for the watch. She said it was fine and advised me to still come in. I came in, met a male, maybe Russel? Not sure. He was very unnecessarily blunt and cold with me. “I can’t value that without paperwork”. Ok I said. “I can’t give you any recommendations about resizing your ring”. Ok I said. Then when I chose a size he gave me a receipt just saying “ring resize”. I asked him if he could just write the details down of the ring on my copy of the receipt so that I’ve got a copy of acknowledgment of the ring that I’m leaving with him. He said “never mind I don’t want the job now”. I said I’m really shocked because I thought the service would be really nice here but you’ve been really blunt and rude with me. He said ok well have a nice day. I’m just baffled, truly.

   Bobby has helped me to repurpose diamonds from my mothers rings. They hold great sentimental value but I hadn’t been wearing them. He created the most exquisite bespoke ring incorporating them all and I have been overwhelmed with happiness with the end result. From start to finish Lord’s kept me updated at each stage of the process. Sensitive and professional and without question a flawless service.    Sarah and Bobby were great from the outset. I had a specific necklace that I wanted made but didn't know where to start. My friend recommended me to Lord of London and I am so pleased with the end result, it is such high quality and beautiful. I can't stop looking at it! Sarah shipped it to me special delivery the day it was finished and I confirmed I was happy with it. I received it the next day. Communication was consistent throughout and their pieces are all stunning. I will definitely be using them again.
