   Brentwood Pandora are amazing. Samantha Assistant manager served me. Lovely lady. Got home to York and size of ring was wrong. York store refused my daughter’s exchange so I called sam. She was great 100% understanding and sorted it out straight away no problem. Such a lovely helpful store. Clean tidy and ever so friendly and polite.

   I took two bracelets into Brentwood Pandora for advice as I couldn’t get them clean myself. Kirsty offered to clean them herself if I left them with her for a day or two. I picked them up yesterday and they have come up lovely and clean and look brand new. Thank you Kirsty! Great complimentary service.

   Where to start!!!! Very poor customer experience. I found the staff to be unhelpful, stand offish and uninterested! We attended the store to exchange a graduation gift bought for my daughter. We had the gift receipt and tried to explain why we wanted to exchange the gift. The value of the bracelet refund value differed by £20 by speaking to two different members of staff! My daughter asked if she could have the refund as a credit note to which the answer was NO as were most of the answers we received. There was no attempt by any member of staff to explain as it seemed it may have been a bit too much effort. My daughter had to choose an item she didn’t really want and was then faced with the prospect of losing £10 as she couldn’t find anything to make up the value! I insisted my daughter use the £10 on anything in the store purely on principle. I found the staff to be unhelpful and rude. I also overheard two members of staff talking about a customer who left the store prior to us which in a retail environment is not very professional. Neither I or my daughter will ever use this branch again nor will we recommend it!
