   Visited today Sunday 16th November around 3pm. We wanted to buy a Tudor watch. The lady had absolutely no interest in helping us. She was rude, unhelpful and acted like she thought she was wasting her time by serving us. I told my husband I will not buy anything from her and left the shop. Went upstairs to Beaverbrooks and the lady there was so kind and helpful and treated us like she had all the time in world to help us, we got our watch from her.

   I went to goldsmiths bluewater as they had the captain Willard seiko in stock. I was served by AJ who provided a knowledgeable and professional service. Buying a watch can be an intimidating experience, and you are often served by pushy salespeople. I wouldn’t have felt as happy with my purchase if it wasn’t for him! Update, just bought a Tudor Black Bay from AJ, and received the same great service as before. No question is too stupid, he has all the time in the world for you. Ask for AJ!

   Great service from Jasper as always. I have built up great rapport with Jasper in the last few years over a love for watches. I went in to the store to see if they had the Bremont Hawking edition and Jasper asked me if I knew much about the watch. He explained all the details to me and was so enthusiastic which was great! Everytime I go into the store Jasper remembers me which is a great feeling. Such a credit to the store! all other staff are friendly and helpful too.
