   I bought my partner's engagement ring from Gabriella. The staff were extremely helpful in guiding me in the right direction, and showed me many options for my price range and for the type of ring I was after. They helped me choose a beautiful ring which my fiancé loves. As well as being extremely helpful and friendly when choosing the ring, their after-purchase care has also been brilliant. They have helped re-size the ring, and offer complimentary ring cleaning whenever we like. The ring has never sparkled so much!

   Amazing! My husband and I bought our wedding rings from Gabriella, in April. We loved that they were made by an English small business. I absolutely love my ring, it’s unique and beautiful. They cleaned my engagement ring before my wedding and made it look brand new! Recently I found something was off with my wedding ring, it looked as though the gold between the diamond had come off. So I took it back to see what it was, upon further inspection, it was dirt. Without any hesitation, they cleaned my rings on their machine (we didn’t even buy my engagement ring from them). The service they provide before, during and after is absolutely exceptional and they always remember us when we pop in. I cannot recommend enough. Helpful, friendly and above and beyond.

   This is such a beautiful jewellers selling amazing jewellery in all price ranges, and they repair and remake too. The owner Gabriella really cares about her customers and I can thoroughly recommend her and this shop. Its also located in a lovely setting, a cobbled pedestrianised area of town. Parking is available nearby in the High Street or around the common, or there are two nearby car parks too

Matt was great at looking through some of our ideas and letting us know what would work practically and look good within our budget. The outcome was perfect and I am so grateful to have a beautiful and unique engagement ring that I know no one else will have.
