   Be very careful about purchasing from this shop. We purchased a 3k diamond ring from them only to find out months later that it was (in multiple jewellers views) one of the worst I3 flawed diamonds they had ever seen. Not even worth 500 quid.

   Staff at store were very helpful with no rush to complete a sale. I requested to look at several items, which was all done with a very helpful attitude. Other customers entering the shop were informed immediately as to what position they would be served. Very efficient. All parts of the transaction were explained so there was no confusion. Great staff.

   Would highly recommend this shop. The manager was so helpful and patient in helping us pick all our wedding jewlery from rings to watches to necklaces. Will be returning next year for my eternity ring. (And I will probably be sending my new husband back there for my christmas present too haha)
