I had a bracelet which needed extensive work in order to be wearable. After trying several jewellers, Matthew the in house goldsmith at Bonds took it on. The final result is not only practical but beautiful as well. Very happy with the service.
Went in here for a bracelet repair and the two male staff members were both really kind and friendly. They fixed my bracelet so fast I was able to wait in the shop whilst they did it and expected to have to leave it with them for at least 24 hours. Very happy! Thank you! ☺️
Great customer service. Went in the morning to get a slightly alternate ring downsized (hammered silver). Nowhere else in Brentwood were willing to work on it. Bonds assessed it carefully, explained what they would have to do, gave a very low price and had it done by the end of the day. When complete, it was still slightly lose, so they gave me the receipt and told me to try it for a week or two, and come back if it needed downsizing again. I did go back, and they downsized it by another half-size for free. Fits perfect now.
