   We commissioned a bespoke family ring for my brother from Hancocks, we cannot thank and recommend them enough. A special mention for Marcus who made us feel so welcome. He is a professional and knowledgeable gentleman. He looked after us at an extremely difficult time and was empathetic. The aftersales service was second to none. The crafts people who carried out the work did it accurately and exactly as had been requested. The commission was completed ahead of time. We would not go anywhere else in future. Hancock is a special and unique jewellers.

   A Truly Exceptional Experience! I had a signet ring made for my 40th birthday, and I cannot recommend Hancocks highly enough. From start to finish, the service was outstanding — especially from Eleney, who was so helpful throughout the process. Despite me changing my mind several times, she remained insightful and genuinely committed to helping me find the perfect design. I had visited two other signet ring "specialists" before coming here, and the difference was night and day. The final ring is stunning — beautifully crafted and exactly what I hoped for. It’s a piece I’ll treasure for years to come, not just for its design but for the wonderful experience that came with it. Thank you again to Eleney and the whole team.    I came across Hancock’s London on Sunday while visiting the city. Although the shop was closed, its beautiful frontage immediately caught my eye, exactly the kind of timeless aesthetic I'm hoping to recreate as I move into my own office for my bespoke estate agency in the north of England. A random guy on the street asking about the design of a jeweller's isn't normal I'm sure... however we knocked and a generous and unexpected conversation with Guy came of it. Guy took the time to speak with me at length despite it being his day off. His willingness to engage with someone who wasn’t a client, simply out of passion and pride for the shop, spoke volumes. If this is the care he gives to a random guy like me, I can only imagine the service he offers his clients. Thank you again, Guy — your time and insight were genuinely appreciated.

   Was somewhat disappointed after visiting today. Went with my gay friend and Falklands veteran Simon to see the VC metal as many of our family members are veterans and maybe get a new medal knocked up. We were blocked from entering by an aggressive doorman which triggered us. I wanted to have a look around and see what was on offer but felt alienated and a second class citizen. Spent our money in F&M instead. Won't return.

We were expertly guided through the whole process and really felt looked after. We had two wedding rings made for our big day. The team at Hancock's helped us decide on the style and stones, politely managed our expectations on manufacturing timelines and we’ve been delighted with our rings ever since.    I purchased a bespoke signet ring in late June 2022. I received impeccable service from Matthew Raymond. I had previously researched other potential suppliers but decided to purchase the ring from Hancocks due to their quality, service and price. I provided a sketch for the design of the ring and was absolutely thrilled with the result when I received delivery (from London to Melbourne, Australia) earlier this week.    My wife and I have been searching for a reputable jewellers for some time to buy an anniversary ring from. We came across so many jewellers out there, many of which were dishonest and overcharge customers for very low-end products (if you know what you're looking for and what the specification should be when buying diamonds, you can very quickly see how poor quality work and products are provided by most jewellers, such as claws not holding diamonds correctly, the use of ready-made settings from China etc). After much research we came across Hancocks, and had the pleasure of meeting Guy Burton. Guy took the time to work with us and our budget, without cutting down on quality, but ensuring we get the very best for what we were to pay. The customer service was nothing but outstanding. We were not forced into a purchase and were even advised to take our time. We learnt that what sets them apart from others is that they carefully select their stones, which in our case the stones we had were not standard cuts (machine cuts) but rather hand-made old mine cuts that increase the natural shine of the stone, due to the way it had been hand-crafted. This we never knew of before, and no other Jeweller we visited over the past few months had such stones and Jewellery that is affordable, yet of such high quality. We regret only not coming across Hancocks sooner. We strongly recommend to buy your Jewellery from this store, as you will be in the safest of hands! Thank you, Guy for all your help, and your time. You've made us both very happy!
