   If you want to have your initial commissioned piece take ages, for a stone to chip after two months and to be told “it’s not noticeable”, chastised because you changed your mind because the designs don’t resonate with you, have your jewellery (for remodelling) kept for almost 3 years, have WhatsApp messages read but not responded to, be ignored, having to make an appointment to collect your jewellery, be overcharged (and Amanda acknowledges and asks for bank details), and then receive a message a day after she tells you the funds are pending; telling you that you owe her money - then Amanda Mansell’s your woman. I have screenshots. Avoid at all costs. Take your commission/remodelling elsewhere. So disappointed in this overall experience that I am having the piece she made scrapped. I would only recommend if you are a fan of waiting an exceptionally long time for a commission, being ignored, poor customer service and mysterious charges appearing once you want to move on.

   I ordered some rings online and after initially getting a response from Amanda and some back and forth, she simply stopped replying. After months of no response to emails and calls - and my rings still not arriving - I ultimately had to do a chargeback on my card. I advise you to avoid.
