Some big issues with plumbing which tainted the experience. A small, but well appointed apartment in a great location. Good furniture and suitable for a small family.
- Dirty towels on kitchen floors and filling the bath upon arrival - Dirty sink with food and water not draining - Washing macchine not working - Heating not working - No toilet brush - Tv channels not working - Lounge window so dirty you can barely see outside - Management cannot be reached by phone and are slow in actioning emails. We would have expected someone to show up considering the amount of issues reported - Wifi fine - Apartment itself has nice decor - 1 room is lovely and spacious, the other is very small double with a window overlooking a wall

A lovely and cosy flat located very close to amenities and very nice areas of Clifton. Great atmosphere and friendly host.
Dover Place was discusting. Amongst other minor things, there were mouldy old water leak stains, the oven trays were gross and hidden away in the boiler cupboard. There was a gas leak at the boiler and when the guy turned up (not a gas engineer so couldnt actually do anything) we found out the LGSR was out of date. We spoke to yourapartments.com and they relocated us in town and had great customer service so 5 stars for the company, 1 star for the flat. (The new apartment is 5 star btw)
