A beautiful cottage in the lovely Wye Valley. Well equipped and warm. Beautifully presented on arrival. Lovely walks from the door and Tintern Abbey just across the road to explore. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Very cosy and clean cottage. Instructions for everything are very clear. Five stars for the cottage. Tintern itself is very nice and great as a base for walkers. Scenery is terrific and local pubs excellent but coming from the North Midlands I found the prices a little high but the quality is good. Would I go again? Probably.
We have just returned after a fabulous weeks stay in Tintern Abbey Cottage with family and friends. What a beautiful cottage it is.......a real gem The property is surrounded by lovely countryside and set back from the village road. It has magnificent views of Abbey and in easy reach of many amenities. Inside doesn't disappoint either. It is very tastefully decorated, extremely comfortable and exceptionally well equipped . The beds are soooooo comfortable you really don't want to get up in the mornings. You really don't want for anything.........a true home from home. The property owners have thought of everything to make your holiday and enjoyable, relaxing and stress free. Should you have the need to contact them they are very helpful, friendly and obliging. We would highly recommend Tintern Abbey Cottage to anyone and we hope to return in the near future. We had a wonderful time........thank you
A lovely comfortable cottage in a great location. No need to fight for parking anywhere near the village! Fantastic walks in all directions. We loved the Christmas decorations inside and out. The EV charger was very welcome.
A fantastic cottage with an amazing location. There are some excellent walks just on the doorstep, and the village of Tintern has some lovely pubs and other places to eat. The cottage itself was very well appointed and really comfy, as well as being lovely and warm! We would definitely visit again.
Excellent base for walks, restaurants and exploring by car.
