   I was nervous to send my dog in for her first trim but Kelly did an absolutely brilliant job. She was reassuring and explained the different options clearly. She clearly has the dogs best interest at heart and prioritised making my dog comfortable before starting on the trim. My dog looks incredible and her coat is so much easier to maintain now.    Kelly was amazing with my anxious, boisterous wriggler. The set up is brilliant - quiet and calming (my boy borks a lot in big groomers with other dogs), Kelly didn't rush him through the treatments, and he came out a happy, clean and lovely smelling pupper. We will definitely be going back!
