   I would highly recommend Castle Properties and the amazing Georgian Town House at 13 Church Street. The accommodation is spread across 3 floors. The house is warm and welcoming. The Open Plan Kitchen, Dining and Living Room area is ideal for hosting friends and colleagues, Waitrose and M&S are close by, so you can shop for anything you need. The location is ideal and you never have to worry about desert as there is an Ice Cream shop downstairs ...., Tim of Castle Properties, was polite and courteous with excellent communication skills ...., I am looking forward to booking my next trip to Windsor in the New Year ...., Highly recommended 10/10 !

   We have just stayed for 3 nights in this amazing location, the property is spacious, clean, comfortable and walking distance to everything in Windsor, you have an amazing view of the castle entrance too!!! We couldn’t recommend Tim and this property more highly, we will definitely be returning to Windsor and will only stay here.

   We recently stayed at this property in Eton as a family of 6 with small children. The property is absolutely beautifully maintained and Tim has left no stone unturned to ensure an enjoyable stay for his lodgers. The apartment is decorated tastefully, the bedrooms are absolutely gorgeous. I particularly enjoyed the mattress in our room, and slept so well for the duration of our stay. The kitchen is well equipped, and in the bedroom there was anything you could possibly need for a family staying here. Cot bed, highchair, ironing board, towels, iron, hair dryer, the full works! The apartment was very clean and it is clear that it is meticulously cleaned and maintained. We were 10 minutes away from Legoland which our boys loved, and Tim had even sent us a guide of where to eat/visit in the area. We had the pleasure of meeting Tim during our stay and he is an absolute gentleman. Thank you again Tim for a wonderful apartment that felt like home after 5 short days. I have no doubt in my mind that we will be back in the very near future and would urge anyone considering booking this apartment to do so without a shadow of a doubt. ☺️

   Outstanding location on the smallest street in the Uk! The property was great for the 8 of us that stayed. It has everything you could wish for as well as being warm and comfortable. The host Castle properties was exceptional and checked via email if we had anything we needed to make our stay even better! Highly recommended as Windsor boasts the most stunning location with stunning views of Windsor Castle. Great value for money, we had a fantastic stay with easy access to shopping, pubs, restaurants, the mile walk and the river. Will definitely book again Pat Lardner

   We attended the Eton College Castle Properties apartment on 26/8/23 for a long bank holiday weekend stay (2 nights). For convenience, the property is a 10 min walk (easy walk) from the Castle area through a very pretty part of Windsor (felt safe to walk with young children day or night). Extremely convenient for amenities (cafes, pubs, shops, restaurants within 100 yards) and parking at the back of the property was gated and felt secure. The apartment itself (we had the top floor penthouse) was very well appointed - surprisingly light and airy for an old building (anyone used to staying in London central will be pleasantly surprised by the large size and open feel!). Bathrooms were clean and shower pressure / temp excellent (the one thing i am very picky about!!) with towels provided. Rooms were spotless, with fresh linen on the beds and comfortable mattresses / pillows. The lounge and kitchen easily accommodated us (three adults and two young children) and kitchen was well stocked with crockery / glasses / utensils etc. From the lounge there were stunning views of the castle and surrounding area and no road / people noise at all from the apartment below (there is no 'next door'!) or surrounding buildings. The management company provided exceptionally detailed and clear instructions for collecting keys (novel approach involving lock boxes at the property, but surprisingly hassle free) and checking in / out and the team were helpful / accessible throughout. For a peaceful, clean, hassle free and stylish spot for couples or family groups, i would absolutely recommend this apartment.

   Fabulous little townhouse in the most perfect location. Everything was spotlessly clean, we requested a slightly later check out which meant we could go to the Sunday morning service at St George's Chapel and this was quickly allowed.

   Went over and beyond to accommodate our very last minute booking. An incredible stay literally next door to Charles & Camilla. We all felt very the royals with the detailed luxuriously fine touches to every room. Cleanliness 10/10 from an OCDey Perspective! Can’t wait to come again in our crowns & tiara’s next time. If you are looking for a later then 6am sleep in, do consider bringing earplugs for the planes directly above. Overall a definite experience our family will cherish!

   Absolutely fabulous accommodation- everything you could want is provided - even high chair and cot for our wee granddaughter!! Such a good and convenient location and the staff were so helpful with information and arranging parking. We will be back - I would highly recommend these apartments for anyone wishing to visit the Eton/windsor area.

   We have just come back from a fabulous weekend break in Windsor and stayed in this unbelievable town house right outside the castle gate. From our window we could see right into the castle - we where blown away. Fantastic in every way. So much space, great facilities and plenty of thought put into the little bits that count such as a welcome basket, teas, coffee, shampoo, local info pack, etc... Highly recommended
