   Outstanding service from Quirks – especially Sally! From the very beginning, the experience was excellent. Gracie arranged our initial viewing and was fantastic - answering all our questions and keeping us fully informed throughout the offer process. Once the sale moved to progression, Sally was an absolute superstar. We had a particularly difficult solicitor (not recommended by Quirks), but Sally went above and beyond - chasing the chain constantly and providing regular updates. Her communication was clear, proactive, and reassuring at every stage. Honestly, this sale would not have happened without Sally’s dedication and persistence. We are so grateful for her hard work and support. Thank you, Sally and the Quirks team!

   We used quirks to handle our purchase and sale. We were extremely happy with the service we were provided with. It wasn’t a straight forward process due to solicitors but quirks kept us update and made sure everything went as smoothly as we could have hoped for. I wouldn’t use anyone else to sell a house as the knowledge of the Wickford area is second to none! I am sure quirks are happy we have completed and moved in, especially Jemma who dealt with my daily emails of where are we now! A massive thank you to the team at quirks for doing an amazing job!

Nothing is too much trouble, and they take a keen interest in all aspects of the property not just in finding us the right tenants. Particular praise must go to Andrew who is always kind, courteous and highly professional - he gives willingly of his time to ensure everything is in order and communicates most effectively to keep us up to date with any developments. I would highly recommend Quirks who give such peace of mind to my mother (and to me) as a landlord.

They make everything so easy - taking care of anything from minor repairs to redecorating with minimal input required from me - which as I live some distance from the property is essential for me! They've always found new tenants quickly and easily and been honest about the rental income that I should aim to achieve. From there on the whole team did all they could to help me find a property and to make the sale process as smooth as possible.
