   Safe and professional transfer – but early clarity would have helped I recently completed a resale purchase of a week at Bahia Blanca through Confused About Timeshare. The transfer process itself was handled safely and professionally, with proper escrow via Hutchinson Trustees and full confirmation from the resort. Everything was delivered exactly as promised, and I now have my official ownership certificate. My only concern in the beginning was that I initially believed I was communicating directly with the owner. It wasn’t clear until later that I was speaking with a broker, which created some early uncertainty. A clear explanation of the process from the very beginning would have made the experience feel more transparent and trust-inspiring right away. That said, once the process was clarified, everything went smoothly, and the guidance through the transfer was excellent.
