   The location is fantastic 2 mins to the train station and Ealing is also my favorite part of London. The room was a very good size for London and had good facilities. But everything else is unreasonable. We booked a room with a private bathroom and got a tiny toilet down the hall where you couldn't even close the door, I had to hold the doorknob to get the door locked. Furthermore, we had the strong suspicion that the toilet wasn't really private either. In addition, the bathroom smelled badly rotten. Another problem was that there was no reception or possible contact person, except for a telephone number where nobody answered about 50% of the time. Which turned out to be a big problem when handing over the keys. When we wanted to leave the room on the day of departure (at 10:00) we called the number but after three attempts and about 20 minutes of waiting no one answered us. Since we still wanted to do something, we left our luggage in the room and left, assuming that they could open it with the second key, store our luggage in a luggage room, and then clean the room. At around 11:20 a.m. I was called four times, which I unfortunately didn't get because we didn't have a network in the subway. When I then called back I was nagged by the owner where we were and that we had to hand over the key etc. We immediately made our way back and arrived at the hotel at 12:25. There it was explained to us that there were supposedly guests who wanted our room but they left because they couldn't get into the room and we were therefore supposed to pay that day because of a "delay" of 25 minutes (which is not true because we were already finished at 10:00). At the beginning the handling was friendly but on the day of departure it became extremely rude and unprofessional.

   Was ok not very clean and half the stuff in picture wasnt there ect mirrowave.
