I took my brother to Hurst pool today, he has special needs. The pool is so very clean, especially in the changing rooms. Such a good experience, will definitely be coming back.
Overall is fine. Lacks cleaniness you can see dirt everywhere and everything smelled to urine today. Teachers are good. I wished there were more to do, a gym for instance. Not one healthy snack.
I will be reviewing customer services here not the facilities. I have booked an intensive swimming course for my 7 year old on 16th May. I have started calling the pool 3 days later to change his timing. I have made 14 calls at various times of the day within the last 5 days with no answer. I have also contacted them the only other way possible, via Messenger 3 days ago as there is no email address available, getting an automated response. My last resort is to go there in person this evening however, I do not expect a miracle on a Friday especially. This experience is shocking.
An absolute lovely pool, the people are incredibly nice, the showers are lovely. Been coming here for 6 years and there is no complaints for this lovely and welcoming group. My only thing is that whenever I try to call the reception to see if they have any family fun sessions, half the time no one answers. But apart from that little thing a really nice place for you or your family.
Great teaching pool for kids albeit on the cooler side. Reasonably priced and easy enough to book via the app. Plenty of parking. Not overly busy at peak times. Toilets in changing area could do with a bit of refurbishment and more thorough cleaning.
It's a small swimming pool but friendly. There are two pools, a teaching pool and what looks like a 25m pool, The pool is located at the end of a housing estate so look out for the sign at the roundabout (it's easy to miss). Free parking in the large carpark with a park and an outdoor gym next to it. The pool has an observation area where you can look out over the teaching pool. There are some vending machines on the way in and coffee is available behind the reception. You can get swimming goggles and hats from the reception shop, including goggles which are a cross between goggles and a divers mask if you can't get on with regular goggles. The staff are very friendly and there is a lifeguard on duty at the pool side. They do swimming lessons on a Sunday morning.

This has always been a fantastic pool for Molesey and has really well run classes. It needs a slight refurb but that's in the pipeline I believe. So very clean and tidy and plenty of places to park. A new playground is being installed soon to replace to the old one and there is a gym there also next to the playground. Huge green and away from any main roads. What's not to like?
