   Tolworth Recreation Centre is quite a good place, offering a gym, sauna, and steam room, although these areas are a bit small. They also provide facilities for football, tennis, badminton, trampolining, and many more activities, making it a useful spot for a variety of sports and fitness.

   Had a party booked here for Saturday. The bouncy castle party with other games included. When we arrived nothing was set up. The manager on site came and said we have 2 helpers that will be within the room at all time. These two young lads were a waste of staff to TRC. They failed to do the party set up correctly. The matts that should have be placed by the bouncy castle for safety reason weren't actually placed there until a 4 year fell off and smashed his head on the floor. One of the helpers was very rude to a parent. I am sure the management received a lot of complaints on Saturday the 19th of July. Unlikely to use this service again for a party.

   Would of been 3 stars as the softplay is very nice and my Son had a lot of fun but safety is a real issue. There is a door right in the middle of the softplay leading into another hall which leads straight into the main foyer area, it's not difficult for kids to run through and out into the carpark! The door wasn't locked until I over heard another child mention to their parents about kids unlocking this particular door! I then told reception about this and the door was finally locked from the other side by a member of staff. There is also a little bit in the back where the older kids can unzip some of the softplay which leads into a dusty random part and a little girl locked my Autistic Son in there, I don't know how long he was in there for but thank god I came looking for him! This is seriously concerning pairing the fact that the softplay is not supervised by anyone.. no staff members coming into check or clean up. Nothing. It's a lovely softplay but this safety issue really needs a permanent solution.

   Saw niece's performance here. Superb gymnastics club, lucky are the youth that go there. Super performance- professional job! Even ran a great cafe in intermission. Well run facility.

   The gym is not very big, a bit worn down, but it is also not crowded so it’s ok. The sauna is not working.

   The centre has gone through some great renovations and is looking great. The new softplay area is just fantastic! Highly recommended for any children aged 0-8 yo. And it's relatively cheap for under 3's (only £2 for a 2 hour session)
