Popped in to purchase some pool fittings. Nice company to deal with and nice to know I can just go to this local shop and get parts without needing to be in the trade.
Phoned for some advice - Adam was excellent and super knowledgeable. Really appreciated as I'm new to this. Will be back! Called in to the store - very knowledgeable and helpful advice. They also had all the parts I needed in stock which was great.
I did call them, but not for a nice pool sadly, but to thank one of their drivers for taking the trouble to turn around in his Tanby van, drive back to my broken down car to make sure I was OK, particularly as I was on a busy road and holding my 1yr old granddaughter. Restored my faith in human nature.

Great customer service. I went in hope of being able to find something to clean my green paddling pool. Yiannis was extremely helpful talked my through everything I needed to do, products to clean and maintain it from happening again. Couldn't recommend this shop enough.
Very nice people in this business. I have had a couple of problems with my pool recently and have found Yiannis to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He really went the extra mile to help me, even though it only resulted in a small sale. Because of his great service I will definitely be back and I have recommended Tanby pools to my friends.
Having decided to purchase a Hot Tub I made several enquiries with suppliers but found this company the most professional and I wasn't disappointed. They came and visited my property to assess the suitability of the site I had chosen and the access for delivery with no obligation to buy. They found the model I wanted at short notice, advised on electrics and delivered on the day they promised. Delivery and set-up was seamless and subsequent customer service has been brilliant. I can highly recommend them.
