   Rachel is an incredible swimming teacher! My child looks forward to every lesson with her. She is patient, encouraging, and knows exactly how to build confidence in the water. Rachel explains skills in a way that’s fun and easy for kids to understand, and she always creates a safe, positive learning environment. I’ve seen so much improvement in my child’s technique and comfort level thanks to her. We’re so grateful to have found Rachel—highly Recommended.

   I never leave reviews, but felt like after so long I should... Not only is she a remarkable swim teacher with a style I absolutely love, but she has always gone above and beyond in helping me, my family, and others I hear. She has the perfect amount of fun, excitement, and discipline in her lessons. She pushes these kids in the right way, as well as having that occasional laugh with the children, which is so lovely to see. I have many problems, such as my account such as payment, and not being able to get through to reception to sort these. She has taken accountability and ownership every time, even though it is not her area of work and is able to find the right person, and thankfully is able to get this sorted quickly and effectively by the right department. She always goes above and beyond, working with the teachers to get things done. I've never seen someone love what they do so much. I just want to say a big thank you to Rachel. We look forward to seeing you on our next visit.

   Rachel is an amazing swim teacher. I’m older and have knee problems, so I was nervous about starting lessons. From day one, she made me feel comfortable and safe in the water. She adjusted every exercise to fit what I could do. She focused on gentle movement and steady progress. She never rushed me but always encouraged me to keep going. Now I move more easily and feel stronger after every session. Rachel’s patience and support have made a huge difference in my confidence and mobility.

   Lovely gym and swimming pool. Family friendly and a lot of parking available even in the local Morrisons. It has a nice community feel about it. The toilets and swimming area aren't the cleanest though, so make sure you don't walk bare foot between the changing room and the pools.

   Take my daughter there for swimming lessons. The lessons itself it fine but the fact that there are so many paid members yet the facility is not cleaned throughout the day is absolutely disgusting. Literally smelt of urine and you can see visible dirt all over the floor.

   I took my kids here for swimming lessons and whilst the swimming teachers are good and know what they are doing, the facility was packed full of people and not very clean the showers were visibly dirty with my little ones scurrying around running from bugs whilst trying to have a shower after swimming. Then they both made comments around the litter that seemed to be dotted all over the changing rooms. This facility will benefit from additional cleaning staff and people also not littering the place and using the clearly labelled bins provided. Also, having less children in each of the classes they run as that will mean less people using the facilities at the same time and allow a bit more time in-between the classes for the cleaning staff to be able to sort out the facility prior to the next set needing them.

   Had to cancel my daughters membership, when I had a chance of seeing what sort of place this is. ITS DISGUSTING, DIRTY, ALWAYS OVERCROWDED and you charge £35 a month for 4 30min swimming lessons? Never again. AVOID! Cancelled direct debit, as managed to teach my daughter how to swim in an hour. When these joke of teachers couldn’t get her to put her face in water. Pathetic. Never again.

   Better than rest of everyone active centres in Romford and Hornchurch, at least staff is polite especially in the gym where I really like equipment and space too ! I think it’s got a diverse clientele and they manage it well ! Needs a saun steam and jacuzzi ! Pool is quite large and good
