Always great to find a team that communicate well. Tom is always happy to advise and will often find a better solution than the one I had in mind even if it means less work for his business. Tom and team are also mindful of coming into your space and are very careful when bringing in equipment and timber etc. Will certainly use again.
Tom made every effort to make the job I requested the best it could be. He suggested a better and cheaper alternative to what I had originally planned, and carried out the job with care and attention to detail. Correspondance was easy. Tom always replied to my emails within a few days at most. There were a few changes to the timing and nature of the job which was no problem, and when a start time was set it was kept to with work completed promptly. Overall a highly professional service, one which I have no hesitation in reccomending.

Tom from heads apart has completed 2 guttering repairs and fitted new gutters to our conservatory , we have Tom coming over again to fix our guttering on our large summerhouse combo, Heads apart are reliable, friendly and have carried out all the jobs in a first class manner all at a very reasonable price, extremely professional, leaves all areas in a very tidy state afterwards , great quality fittings also.
We asked Tom to review cracked and uneven tiles in our kitchen : he came round within a day and explained the likely cause and remediation: there was a bit of delay in starting the work, but when Andy started the work, we quickly uncovered the cause: damp and rotting joist timbers needed removing, a new floor built, with a vinyl surface. We were very impressed by Andy, his workmanship, skill, dedication, communication with tenants and making good, and the prompt removal of waste. We were really pleased with how the whole project worked out and would definitely and wholeheartedly recommend HeadsApart.

Tom Head has tackled several jobs for us, all with professionalism, and for a competitive price. He has been personable, friendly and inventive when it came to solutions. Tom tackled a tricky and unpleasant urgent repair to a soil waste pipe. We were relieved to have this resolved quickly and professionally. Also installation of a central heating radiator, and repairs to a shared chimney top. He made cooperation between himself, myself and my neighbour very straightforward.
