Also charged for delivery to my address which was wrong as my order was over £250. Took nearly 3 weeks, 22 emails and 5 phone calls just to get my order delivered. Only compensation was the refund of the carriage and an unsympathetic "sorry". The manager was asked to step in but kept pushing it to the sales person who caused the problems.
