I went there the other morning it was closed. I had to come back because no one had turned up to open up. Then I returned to pay twice the price of what I could’ve got it along the road I found out. Along with a week before I ordered from another branch, some roofing felt to be delivered to my house, but membrane turned up instead. Unprofessional and expensive.
We have had the worst experience ever with this company. We have waited 7 days now for a quote for materials for a garage roof. We were promised a phone call 48 hrs after visiting with the quote. We had to ring them as no call from them. We had to call many times after that, getting a quote once but getting the order wrong. When we pointed that out, once again they haven’t called. We give up now. Useless outfit..
Nice store, well managed with good quantities of stock. Very helpful and friendly advice from Martin on the counter makes for a pleasant experience. 10/10.

Tricky to find by satnav and located on a one way street so if you miss it you have to go around again. Very helpful staff but terrible for parking.
