   I would like to personally express my disgrace for this gym. The facilities are awful and most of the time out of order. If your lucky enough for the showers to be working you will bare the grime and dust and ultimately come out dirtier then when you entered. Don’t get me started on the staff. A girl called Rae if I remember correctly was so disrespectful to the point she actually made me cancel my membership. Horrible gym, would not wish it upon my worst enemy.

   Honestly the worst experience. Booked myself, my wife and our 2 and a half year old son in for a family swim session Sunday afternoon. Aside from the 'family' changing room which is open plan but directly accessing the male changing room, there is no privacy for a family to change. The two cubicles are tiny and filthy. The obviously dirty floors, the entire venue was freezing. So much so we had to take our son out as his lips were turning purple. Had to wrap him in several towels to warm him up. The toilets in the male changing room were even colder, and resemble a 1970s TV show. Complete waste of time and money.

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Liam is an absolute gem of a personal trainer! Over the past few weeks, I’ve really appreciated the time, effort, and care he’s put into my training. He goes above and beyond, not only preparing thoroughly for every session but also taking the extra step to research specific medical conditions and tailor everything to suit my individual needs. His dedication, knowledge, and genuine care make every session motivating and enjoyable. I feel completely supported on my fitness journey thanks to him – couldn’t recommend Liam highly enough!

   Dated & dilapidated. The ceiling is constantly leaking, the toilets are either out of order or stink of urine. The gym equipment itself is ok but the sauna/steam room have a booking system which is always fully booked despite it never actually being full. Staff are friendly enough but £35 a month is taking the biscuit for the standard and quality of facilities. It needs about £2 million to update and renovate it to a David Lloyd/Nuffield standard

   The gym is fine, affordable and well equipped. On the other hand, management is an absolute disaster. It's not the first time I book a session for cycling but the door is locked and by the time they opened , there's 10 min left of the class/session. Lady at the reception literally has no clue when asked. It's clear that no one cares in here.

   Changing rooms are in need of a deep clean and in need of repair!! Terrible facilities. Pool is absolutely freezing. Never experienced an indoor pool this cold!! Kids shivering the whole time, had to leave early

   Impossible to get a refund and I am very annoyed with this. I decided to cancel my membership 3 days after joining. I called to cancel and emailed an enquiry over confirming cancelation. Was told I need to cancel my direct debit that was setup over the phone, I did not have one shown on my account. £30.99 came out on 18/01/23 when I joined and then another £44.78 came out on 01/02/23 after checking that there was no direct debit attached to my account on 31/01/23. In total I have paid £75.77 for cancelling my membership 3 days after joining. I feel this is unfair and to contact someone who can sort this out is impossible. Quick to get the cash but no one know anything when it comes to getting it back. No one can help in the centre, on the phone or by email. Facilities are horrible, hence the decision to cancel after 3 days.

   Walked 25 minutes for health suite to be told sauna opens in an hour and steam room was closed. No information on website about sauna opening times or steam room closure. That's 50 minutes I'll never get back.

   8 December: 1 star I was in the water about 5 minutes to swim. Today party comes! Gratulation! Manager game me back the £5 for ticket. But who will come back my 2 hours to come here then home (25 mins by car x2) and to repairing (clothes, shower, price of clothes box etc.), and these uncomfortable moments? Absolutely incorrect team! I can NOT advice you to come here, except you want to waste your time without swimming. Two times = two not-swimming events. November: 4 stars Big traffic, average clarity, good water-temperature. Unfortunatelly, there was not information about school groups periode when guests can't swimming, so it was a short program.
